Section 50:01:03:13 - Financial report - Executive board

The board of directors shall submit an annual audit report to the executive board within 90 days after the close of the fiscal year. The report shall include a financial statement detailing assets and liabilities, fiscal year budget, receipts, expenditures, encumbrances, fund balances, and organization.
