Section 5:02:04:16 - Notice of primary election

The notice of primary election must be in the following form:

NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION

A Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, June ______, ______, in all the voting precincts in ______________ County.

The election polls will be open from seven a.m. to seven p.m. ________ (mountain or central) time on the day of the election.

The polling place in each precinct of this county is as follows:
