Section 48:03:05:01 - Placement of on-line terminals and sales of on-line tickets on Indian reservations authorized

On-line terminals may be placed and operated and on-line lottery tickets may be sold within the exterior boundaries of Indian reservations in the state. The sale of on-line lottery tickets is subject to the provisions of SDCL chapter 42-7 A and this article and the terms of the compact made between each tribal government and the state pursuant to the authority contained in the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. § 2710 (3)(A) (1988).
