Section 48:03:02:08 - Scheduling of hearings

Hearings by the commission on suspension or revocation of a license or violations of SDCL 42-7A and this article shall be held at its next regularly scheduled monthly meeting provided the notice of hearing is sent at least ten days before the meeting date.
