Section 48:02:14:02 - Ticket voucher - Required information

Ticket vouchers must contain the following information:

(1) Establishment name and video lottery establishment number;

(2) Video lottery machine serial number;

(3) Date and time;

(4) Alpha value of the voucher in local monetary units;

(5) Voucher sequence number;

(6) Validation number (must appear on the leading edge of the ticket voucher);

(7) Bar code or any machine-readable code representing the validation number

(8) Indication if the voucher is a duplicate assuming duplicate voucher may be printed by the video lottery machine;

(9) Type of transaction or other method of differentiating voucher types; and

(10) Indication of an expiration period from date of issue or date the voucher will expire.
