The lottery shall remit to the tribal governments only the amount collected under § 48:02:13:02. The lottery shall transfer funds to the person or entity designated in the agreement negotiated between each tribal government and the state under § 48:02:13:01. The lottery is not a party to nor liable under any agreement entered into between the tribal government and a licensed operator for any additional percentage share of net machine income.
