Section 48:02:12:01 - Payment of credits

No payment for credits awarded on a video lottery machine may be made unless the ticket voucher meets the following requirements:

(1) It is presented on a fully legible, valid printed ticket voucher that contains the information required in SDCL 42-7A-37(5) and chapter 48:02:08;

(2) It must not be mutilated, altered, unreadable, or tampered with in any manner;

(3) It must not be counterfeit in whole or in part; and

(4) It has been presented by a person authorized to play under SDCL 42-7A and this title.
