Section 48:02:10:02 - Manufacturers and distributors required to provide training

Each licensed manufacturer or distributor or lottery-approved designee shall provide comprehensive training seminars in the service and maintenance of its video lottery machines approved in the state for operators, employees, and service agents applying for qualification as a Type I or Type II technician.
