Section 48:02:08:01.01 - Associated equipment list for required purchase from manufacturer or distributor

For each video lottery machine licensed for placement in the state, the lottery shall maintain a list of associated equipment critical to the integrity, security, and administration of the game. Associated equipment on the list must be purchased from the machine's manufacturer or distributor. Any other associated equipment may be acquired from sources not otherwise licensed by the lottery if the associated equipment and its use meets the requirements of SDCL chapter 42-7 A and article 48:02.
