The lottery may require two working models of a video lottery machine transported to the location it designates for testing, examination, and analysis. The manufacturer shall pay all costs of any testing, examination, analysis, and transportation of the machine models. The testing, examination, and analysis of the machine models may include entire dismantling of the machine and some tests may result in damage or destruction to one or more electronic components of the machine. The lottery may require that the manufacturer provide specialized equipment or the services of an independent technical expert to test the machine.
