Section 48:02:04:04 - Scheduling of hearings

Hearings by the commission on suspension, revocation, denial of license renewal, or violations of SDCL 42-7A and this title shall be held at its next regularly scheduled monthly meeting provided the notice of hearing is sent within ten days of the meeting date.
