Section 47:06:05:13 - Taking of additional evidence

If, in the discretion of the secretary additional evidence is necessary, the parties shall be notified at least five days in advance of the time and place the evidence will be taken. Any party to a proceeding in which testimony is taken may present evidence that may be pertinent to the issue.
