Section 47:02:02:39 - Certification

If no runoff election is to be held and no timely objections or challenges are filed as provided in §§ 47:02:02:30 and 47:02:02:35, the division shall issue to the parties a certification of the results of the election. The certification shall be in effect for one year or until another election is held, whichever comes later.
