Section 47:02:02:25 - Sample ballot and notice

A sample ballot and notice of election setting forth the date, time, places, and purpose of the election shall be served upon the parties of record and employees at least 10 days before the date of the election, unless the time limit is modified by mutual agreement of the parties or by order of the division.
