Section 47:02:02:20 - Oral arguments and briefs

Upon request a party is entitled to present at the close of the hearing oral argument which shall be made a part of the record. A party is entitled, upon request made before the close of the hearing, to file a brief with the division which may fix a time limit for the filing. The division may also direct the filing of briefs when the filing is, in its opinion, warranted by the nature of the proceedings or the particular issues involved.
