Section 46:30:08:06 - Notice of ineligibility determination

If the division determines that an applicant is ineligible, the division shall notify the applicant in writing within 60 days of receipt of the completed application. The notice shall include the reason for ineligibility and the process of appeal pursuant to § 46:30:08:13.
