Section 46:11:12:05 - Notice of ineligibility

If the division determines that a family is ineligible, the division shall notify the family in writing of the reason for ineligibility within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the completed application. The notice shall include the process of appeal pursuant to § 46:11:12:11.
