Section 44:80:08:01 - Medical or care record

Medical or care records are considered the property of the Medicare certified hospice agency and are the responsibility of that agency. The medical or care record shall show the current condition of the resident and necessary information for the facility to provide custodial care and support services to the terminally ill resident.
