Section 44:59:01:07 - Off-site laboratory certification fee

The Department of Health shall charge a fee for laboratory certifications that do not require on-site inspection based on the time spent reviewing pertinent documents and applications.

The fee The fee may not exceed the cost incurred for performing the certification.
