Section 44:58:04:02 - Issuance of certificate of registration - Denial of registration

The secretary shall issue a certificate of registration after reviewing the application and finding the information in compliance with this chapter and SDCL 34-20B. The secretary shall issue an order when denying an application and, if requested by the applicant, hold a hearing on the application denial pursuant to SDCL 1-26.
