Section 44:58:03:09 - Additional information - Noncompliance with request

The secretary may require an applicant to submit documents relevant to the application to determine if registration should be granted. The failure of the applicant to provide such documents within 15 days after the request is considered a waiver by the applicant of the opportunity to present such documents. Upon request, the secretary may extend the time for good cause.
