Section 44:12:02:07 - Animals prohibited - Restricted activities

Animals other than service animals are prohibited in body piercing establishments. Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited within 10 feet of the body piercing area. No body piercing establishment may be used for any activity that is not directly associated with the practice of body piercing or tattooing.
