Section 44:12:01:22 - General-use equipment - Sanitization required

All surfaces, counters, and general-use equipment in the tattooing or saline tattoo removal area must be cleaned and sanitized before a patron is seated. See Appendix B at the end of this article for a listing of approved sanitizing solutions.
