Section 44:12:01:04 - Tattoo and saline tattoo removal establishments - Handwashing facility required

An easily accessible handwashing facility supplied with warm, potable; running water shall be provided in or directly adjacent to the tattooing or saline tattoo removal area. Each handwashing facility shall be provided with liquid soap and single-use paper towels or a commercial hand dryer.
