Section 44:06:04:01 - Financial eligibility

A client is eligible to receive financial assistance from the CSHS program if the income of the client's family or legal guardian, responsible for the client's care, is below 250 percent of the federal poverty guidelines established in 74 Fed. Reg. 4199-4201 (January 23, 2009).
