Section 44:03:01:10.03 - Reports of incidents involving radiation sources

Any radiation incident considered a potential hazard shall be reported to the department by the licensee within 24 hours by telephone or fax at the number shown on the license during normal business hours or the first workday following a holiday or weekend.
