Section 41:06:55:04 - Adult armed accompaniment prohibited

If a parent or guardian is required to accompany the youth, the parent or guardian may not carry a firearm or actively participate in shooting pheasants. The provisions of this section do not apply to any person who is allowed to carry a concealed pistol pursuant to state law.
