Section 41:06:47:08 - Eligibility of license holders for future elk seasons affected

Issuance to a person of an elk license under § 41:06:47:03 affects the person's future eligibility for other elk licenses available under this chapter. The licensee is considered to have received a first-choice unit antlerless elk license through the regular Custer State Park antlerless elk season for the year.
