Section 41:06:47:06 - Special antlerless elk population management licenses

The Game, Fish, and Parks Commission may, by resolution, authorize Unit 557-CUC and the number of "antlerless elk" licenses that may be issued. Unit 557-CUC licenses shall be valid for nine consecutive days beginning on the first Saturday following January 1.
