Section 41:06:44:02 - Number and type of licenses available

An unlimited number of "antlerless deer" and "antlerless whitetail deer" licenses may be issued for this season Apprentice hunters are limited to one "antlerless deer" or "antlerless whitetail deer" licenses for areas open to the apprentice hunter deer hunting season. The following are a description of the open units:

(1) Unit APD-03: West River Units 02A, 15A, 15B, 31A, 35A, 35C, 35L, 49A, 49B, 53A, 53C, and 64A. Only a single tag "any antlerless deer" license is valid in this unit.

(2) Unit APD-13: That portion of the state not included in Unit YOD-03. Only a single tag "antlerless whitetail deer" license is valid in this unit.
