Section 41:06:35:01 - Cottontail rabbit hunting season established

The tree squirrel hunting season is open statewide from sunrise to sunset each day from September 1 through the last day of February. Only red squirrel, gray squirrel, and fox squirrel may be hunted pursuant to this section
