Section 41:06:34:04 - Landowners and guests of landowners exempted

The limitations and restrictions established under this chapter do not apply to any landowner who hunts cottontail rabbits on property owned by the landowner or any person who hunts cottontail rabbits on the landowner's property with consent of the landowner.
