Section 41:06:16:11.01 - Nonresident waterfowl license purchase restrictions - Unsold licenses

Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person may purchase only one nonresident waterfowl license for the fall-winter general waterfowl season each year. If nonresident waterfowl licenses remain unsold after October 31, an unlimited number of such licenses may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.
