Section 41:06:13:05 - Turkey hunting recruitment license - Open area and eligibility

A turkey hunting recruitment license is valid statewide, excluding Custer State Park, and is open from one-half hour before sunrise to sunset each day during the open dates for the prairie and Black Hills seasons, respectively. A turkey hunting recruitment license is for a designated mentored youth as provided in SDCL 41-6-81.
