Section 41:06:01:08 - Restriction on number of applications

Except as otherwise provided in rules applicable to a specific hunting season, a person may apply for no more than one license in the original lottery for any hunting season. Persons who are unsuccessful in the first lottery may reapply under § 41:06:01:09.
