Section 41:06:00.01:01 - Seasons not applicable to Indian lands - Exception

Unless otherwise specifically provided, a season established by this article does not apply to any Indian lands as defined by 18 U.S.C. 1165 unless the tribal council with jurisdiction over those lands concurs in or consents to the season.
