Section 41:04:02:23 - Fall River County public water safety zonesFall River County public water safety zones are as follows:
(1) The waters of Cold Brook Reservoir are an electric motors zone;(2) Angostura Reservoir: (a) The waters fronting on the shoreline beginning at the boat ramp at the south boat basin and extending five hundred feet northwesterly and five hundred feet southeasterly from that point are a no wake zone;(b) The waters fronting on the shoreline beginning at the boat ramp at the north boat basin and extending five hundred feet northerly and five hundred feet southerly from that point are a no wake zone;(c) The waters fronting on the shoreline from a point on the shoreline one thousand feet northwesterly of the beach change house No. 1 to a point four hundred feet southeasterly of the beach change house No. 1 are a public swimming zone;(d) The waters within an area starting at a point on the west end of the rock point at the Angostura Marina and extending approximately one thousand and one hundred feet southwesterly to a point on the opposing shoreline six hundred feet east of the picnic shelter on Shelter Point are a no wake zone;(e) The waters within three hundred feet fronting the dam, which includes the five control gates and the canal siphon, are a no boating zone;(f) The waters of the Angostura Marina from the north end of the floating breakwater to a point northeasterly on the opposing shoreline approximately six hundred and fifty feet distant are a no wake zone;(g) The waters within the boat basin located in the south unit are a no wake zone; and(h) The waters within the Sheps Canyon Bay starting at a point seven hundred and fifty feet northeasterly of the boat ramp are a no wake zone; and(3) The waters of Cottonwood Reservoir are an electric motors zone.S.D.
