Section 41:04:02:02 - Beadle County public water safety zones

Beadle County public water safety zones are as follows:

(1) The waters fronting on that portion of North Lake Byron Lakeside Use Area beginning at the east property line and extending approximately 400 feet westerly from this point are a "no boating zone";

(2) The waters of Staum Dam are a "no wake zone."
