Section 24:55:09:03 - Final determination by department

Following review of the materials submitted pursuant to § 24:55:09:02, the department shall make a final determination regarding the accuracy of the data. The public school district must be notified in writing by the department of the final decision within thirty calendar days after receipt of the appeal.
