Section 24:52:13:01 - Applications for project review - Requirements

Applicants seeking project review shall, at a minimum, provide the following information:

(1) The name of the applicant;

(2) The name and location of the historic property subject to review;

(3) The statute under which review is requested; and

(4) Any other information requested in writing by the board or office.
