Section 24:05:28:10 - Preschool programs

The requirements of this chapter apply to all eligible preschool children, ages three through five, inclusive, who are entitled to receive a free appropriate public education.

In each case, the school district must ensure that placement is based upon each child's individual education program and meets all the other requirements of this chapter.
