Section 24:05:27:17 - Employment of Braille teacher

If an IEP team determines that a student's instruction in reading and writing must be accomplished through the use of Braille, the district shall utilize the services of a certified Braille teacher. By July 1, 1993, any individual employed as a Braille teacher must be certified pursuant to § 24:28:09:27.
