Section 24:05:21:05 - Records regarding migratory children with disabilities

A school district shall cooperate in the U.S. Secretary of Education's efforts under ESSA to ensure the linkage of records pertaining to migratory children with disabilities for the purpose of electronically exchanging, among the states, health and educational information regarding those children.
