Section 20:80:07:01 - Written examination for CAC, LAC, or CPS

An applicant for licensure or certification shall successfully complete a written examination approved by the board. Applicants approved for testing will be notified in writing of the examination date, time, and place. Applicants needing special examination accommodations shall submit to the board a request for such accommodations accompanied by a health-care provider's documentation for the accommodations needed for the examination within sixty days prior to the examination date.
