Section 20:80:02:04 - Board review of application for certification or licensure

The board shall review each completed application for certification or licensure and shall either reject the application or approve the application and accept the candidate for testing. Within thirty days of the board's review of the application, the applicant will be notified in writing of the approval or denial of the application.
