The secretary may, in compliance with SDCL chapter 1-26, either fine, deny, suspend, censure, reprimand, or revoke a registration required by SDCL chapter 36-21 D on any of the grounds for disciplinary action provided in this article. In addition, the secretary may enter into consent agreements to contractually resolve disciplinary actions.
