Section 20:74:04:23.01 - Course provider reporting requirements

A course provider shall submit a list of participants to the commission within ten days after completion of a course. The course provider must provide a course evaluation form to each licensee for completion and submit the completed course evaluations to the commission within ten days after completion of a course.
