Section 20:74:03:03.04 - Certificate of instructor approval - Approval certificates not issued to guest speakers

The commission shall grant a certificate of approval for each instructor approved by the commission. A certificate of approval will not be issued to a guest speaker who makes application pursuant to § 20:74:03:03.03.
