Section 20:69:12:37 - Cause for suspension or revocation

The commission may suspend or revoke a registration by a developer, agent, or plan manager for violation by the registrant or its employees of any of the provisions of this chapter, chapter 20:69:13, or SDCL 43-15B after a hearing conducted pursuant to SDCL 1-26.
