Section 20:69:12:26 - Mixed-use project containing existing time-share unit or plan

Additional time-share units may not be created in a mixed-use project containing an existing time-share unit or time-share plan and a residential unit unless the project is located in a hotel or in a place designated for hotel use, resort use, or transient vacation rentals and all of the requirements of this chapter relating to time-share use are met.
